Wow I never knew that happened to you Meg. That is a horrible story. I am so sorry you endured that. I remember those days of your life so clearly as I lived across the hall from you. Moving on with your life from Randy made you ready for John to enter your life. John is the best happy ending of all!

Great post. I think its an important lesson for everyone, to see how much you have and not to feel sorry for oneself. Nobody has everything they think they want, and it’s self-centered and self-defeating to be focused on those things. All good things follow from appreciating all you’ve got and who you are.
